The fundraising campaign launched in November of 2006 had raised an impressive $10,300 by the time that that the March-April 2007 Journal went to press. More than 150 SAH members have contributed to that special campaign, generating a sum far in excess of what had been expected. The success of this effort is a testament to the incredible loyalty and generosity of our members. When added to the money that some members donated at the time of our 2006 membership renewal and at other times during the year, SAH received over $12,000 in donations during the past year. This money will allow us to pursue initiatives to the membership and to automotive history in general.
